PGH Partner Bob Prince Partially Settles Car Accident Case for $250,000.00

On September 23, 2020, Prince Glover Hayes senior partner Bob Prince settled a car wreck case for $250,000.00 with the adverse driver’s insurance company. Since that amount was the limit of coverage on the adverse driver’s car, Bob is pursuing additional compensation from our client’s own insurance company because the other driver was an under-insured motorist. Our client was injured when the adverse driver ran a stop sign and pulled out in front of her. After going to the Emergency Department, our client continued to experience pain in her knee and ultimately had to have surgery. After surgery, she required physical therapy to rehabilitate her knee. Mr. Prince was able to bring this portion of our client’s claim to a close in less than one year after the firm was hired. Even though he has settled hundreds of automobile collision cases during 45 years of practicing law, Bob says each case is gratifying because he has helped someone get compensation for their injuries.
