On February 26, 2021, Blake Williams settled a car collision case in which he represented the driver and his passenger.  Blake’s clients were a couple traveling on New Watermelon Road in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, when a vehicle driving in the opposite direction crossed the center line and collided with Blake’s clients.  They both were seriously injured.  When Blake received what he considered an undervalued offer to settle both clients’ claims, he filed a complaint in Tuscaloosa County Circuit Court on October 30, 2020.  Within four months of filing the lawsuit, Blake was able to settle both clients’ cases for three times what the prior offers had been.
