Prince Glover Hayes associate Coe Baxter recently settled a personal injury case for his client, Mr. William Glenn. Mr. Glenn, a veteran, was burned when he tried to light an outdoor grill at his apartment complex. Coe was able to secure a favorable settlement of Mr. Glenn’s claims. Chief Ken Swindle, Prince Glover Hayes investigator, assisted Coe in obtaining evidence that proved beneficial in getting the case settled. Windy Robinson, Coe’s legal assistant supported the work up of the case by obtaining necessary medical records and other documentation. The firm was privileged to represent Mr. Glenn and we all respect and admire his service to our country.
