On July 27, 2021, Prince Glover Hayes wrapped up a $375,000 settlement in a car wreck case that was handled by Josh Hayes, a partner in the firm.  Josh’s client was severely injured when the at-fault driver reached for her cellphone (she reported) and crossed over the median into Josh’s client’s lane, striking him head-on at 45 mph. The median she crossed is wide and tall and is not designed to be crossed over to the other side of the road. After gathering his client’s medical records and creating an extensive and descriptive medical timeline, Josh sent a detailed demand letter to the at-fault driver’s insurance company.  Our investigator, Ken Swindle, obtained a statement from several witnesses to the collision and its aftermath.  He followed up with the officers who investigated the wreck and acquired body cam footage of the officers.
