Prince Glover Hayes Partner Matt Glover Files a Lawsuit on Behalf of Pickens County, Alabama Poultry Farmers

Prince Glover Hayes partner Matt Glover and Pickens County attorney Tim McCool have filed a case on behalf of Pickens County poultry farmers against a Michigan insurance company named Conifer Insurance Company. The poultry farmers sustained damage to their poultry houses from a windstorm. The insurance company had sold the farmers a policy that covered damage from windstorms. Once the claim was submitted, the insurance company never sent an adjuster to look at the damage. Instead, the insurance company selected an engineering company to look at the barns. The engineer attributed the damage to “barn crawl” and not a windstorm.
Matt Glover is proud to represent farmers. He has collected over $20 million on behalf of poultry farmers throughout Alabama. Barn crawl is a made-up term. What is not made up is that insurance companies routinely hire this very engineering company for poultry house windstorm claims.
Matt and Tim look forward to holding this Michigan insurance company responsible. If you or someone you know has been wrongly denied insurance benefits, call Matt or any of the other experienced attorneys at PGH for a free consultation.
