PGH attorneys Matt Glover and Coe Baxter recently filed suit against the City of Jasper and others alleging negligence and wantonness in connection with the July 6, 2019 drowning of a 5-year-old girl.  The city owns and operates the pool where the little girl was swimming.  The suit contends the defendants owed the deceased a duty to monitor her presence in the pool, keep her safe, rescue her from distress and apply cardiopulmonary resuscitation if necessary.
