Prince Glover Hayes Partner, Blake Williams Files Lawsuit in Pickens County, Alabama

Blake Williams, PGH partner, recently filed a lawsuit on behalf of his client who was injured in a truck wreck in Pickens County, Alabama. Blake’s client was stopped on US Highway 82 in Pickens County and was rear-ended by a Freightliner 18-wheeler. As a result of the crash, Blake’s client was seriously and permanently injured.

This case will be handled in the normal “PGH Way.” Immediately following being hired to represent his client, Blake retained an accident reconstruction expert to assist in recreating the collision. The expert has already investigated the scene of the collision, the condition of the Freightliner 18-wheeler, and conducted a data download for information stored on the Freightliner 18-wheeler. With the filing of the lawsuit, Blake will be able to thoroughly delve into the discovery phase of this case and gain the necessary evidence to bring his client a favorable settlement or verdict.
