February 25, 2021, 3:49pm
Prince Glover Hayes partner Matt Glover recently settled an 18-wheeler lawsuit for a confidential amount. Matt was associated on the case by Guntersville attorney, PJ Harris. PGH associate, Coe Baxter, also worked with Matt on the case. The lawsuit, filed in the Circuit Court of Marshall County, alleged that the driver of the 18-wheeler negligently and/or wantonly caused his vehicle to collide with the vehicle occupied by Matt’s clients. The complaint also contained a count for negligent or wanton entrustment against the trucking company that owned the truck and employed the driver. Matt and PJ’s firm, Beard and Beard, have worked on several cases together and had successful results. A significant number of PGH’s cases come from other attorneys who either refer cases to us or want to associate us on a case. All the attorneys at PGH are grateful and humbled that attorneys from all over Alabama trust us to represent clients to the best of our abilities.
