PGH attorney Blake Williams recently filed a lawsuit in Tuscaloosa County Circuit Court against a trucking company and two individual defendants.  The complaint alleges that Blake’s clients were severely and permanently injured when the vehicle in which they were traveling was rear-ended by a semi-trailer truck being operated by one of the defendants.  The defendant driver was performing service for the defendant trucking company under the company’s direction and control.  Although Blake’s clients and the defendants live in Alabama, since the collision occurred in the state of Mississippi, the laws of that state will be applied to Blake’s clients’ claims.  Blake was associated on this case by attorneys from Georgia and Florida.  The attorneys at PGH are thankful that so many attorneys across the southeast have trusted us to assist them with their cases whether by referral or association.
