Prince Glover Hayes partner Matt Glover has reached a $825,000 settlement in an automobile vehicle collision case. Matt represented a Tuscaloosa County resident that was hit by an intoxicated driver. Matt’s client had a serious bodily injury that required a neck surgery and extensive physical therapy. Matt filed suit against the intoxicated driver and Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company. Nationwide had sold Matt’s client an insurance policy that provided for underinsured motorist coverage. The client is very appreciative of the firm’s work and has made it known that his settlement greatly exceeded his expectations.  Matt’s paralegal, Lynn Frost, shown with him in the photograph, helped tremendously in all aspects of the lawsuit.
