Bob Prince, PGH senior partner recently filed a lawsuit in Shelby County on behalf of a client seriously injured in a car accident. Bob’s client was a passenger in the car driven by her husband who was traveling on South Colonial Parkway and had the right of way. The adverse driver ran the red light as she was travelling on US 31 and collided into the passenger side of the car in which Bob’s client was riding. The side air bag deployed injuring Bob’s client’s right ear. Other injuries included head trauma, pain in the posterior and lateral aspects of her neck and in her right shoulder and elbow. Bob sued the adverse driver for negligence and/or wantonness and added a count claiming benefits under his client’s uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage.
