PGH associate, Coe Baxter, recently settled a claim involving an 18-wheeler that collided into the rear end of the vehicle being driven by Coe’s client.   Coe’s client was driving an attenuator safety truck for his employer working on the shoulder of Interstate 20. His truck displayed yellow left arrow lights directing traffic to move to the left lane from the right lane.
