Matt represented the driver of the vehicle and her passenger, both of whom were severely injured when the adverse driver crossed a center line clipping a tow truck which in turn struck the vehicle being driven and occupied by Matt’s clients. Matt sued the adverse driver for operating his vehicle in a negligent fashion allowing it to cross the center line and strike another vehicle traveling in the opposite direction.
